We recently visited this dealership and spoke with David Dendy, Owner, about a 4-wheeler we needed for our ranch in central Texas. Because of our ages, about 78-79, we were having difficulty mounting the units were seeking to purchase. David suggested that I look at a side by side that has the same width tracking as all the trails on the ranch. David introduced us to the Pioneer 500 side by side and we purchased it right then and there. It is a fantastic machine filling needs all our ranching needs.
Davids gang are a great bunch of people. I have since gone back to the dealership and purchased a roof from Bart in the parts department.. I would strongly recommend anyone wanting a small, very rugged ranch tool to look at the 50 SXS Pioneer..Thanks to David and his gang.

I had a very good experience buying my new 2014 NC700x in April 2017 with my sales consultant Brandon, and Jason, the manager. I test drove about 8 or 10 different models over the course of the year and Brandon was always friendly, eager to help, got the bikes ready and knew me by my first name. I usually came in once a month to browse the newest used inventory. He and I knew the NC700X was the bike I wanted after my first test drive so DFW Honda worked with me to get the best price. My sales guy, Mike was extremely patient with all my questions, he asked me questions and listened and did an outstanding job in making sure I was on the right bike for me. I had the BEST buying experience with Lucas and the team at DFW Honda. I'd been looking for a Honda Shadow (used) for many months. I'd just come from another dealership fairly disappointed. The other dealership would not allow me to test drive any bike and would not budge on price at all. They flat out told me that they didn't really need to sell me a bike, they weren't desperate. Well, I wasn't desperate for one either! That was NOT the case at DFW Honda. I drove the bike, felt comfortable asking questions and we settled on a fair price. I picked up a helmet, gloves and an awesome bike- they even gave me 10% off my gear. It was such a great experience, my friend bought a bike the same day. It's really unusual to have such a smooth (and fast) transaction and to walk away satisfied with what I paid for is a great feeling. I feel confident about the bike, the mechanical condition and will be a customer for life.

Yesterday I traded in my Goldwing for that nice pretty white Rubicon you had on display. Cody and the rest of your team did a great job as always, but I feel I must also comment about Brad Brumley. I was pretty much uncertain on what kind of off road vehicle I wanted. With Brads (and Codys) help, I was able to determine and decide on the Rubicon based on my application needs and budget requirements. Since I have a technical background, I had a ton of questions about the different choices of vehicles available. Brad never tried to blow smoke up my skirt! If he didnt know the answers to any of my tough questions, he found the correct information. When I took delivery of my new Rubicon, Brad did a great job familiarizing me with the operation and safety features of the ATV. He wasnt satisfied until I was satisfied with everything I needed and wanted to know. Brad ensured me that if I had any questions later that I should give him a call anytime! David, this is another example of why I return again and again to DFW Honda. The sales, parts, and service departments have always done me right and I will continue to be a loyal customer. I recently had a service done and the customer service I received was excellent, trike was delivered at 09.00 am and I had it back by 5.00 pm. My wife and I own a 2001 Goldwing and have traded with DFW Honda since 2004. We bought a new 2005 Honda Helix from DFW Honda and received good service. We have brought the 'Wing to DFW Honda for routine maintenance, parts and service since 2004 and have always been pleased with the dealership. The parts guys, Bart, Dave and Chris, are top notch. Just recently, I wanted to trade my wife's 2001 Shadow Sabre in for a VTX 1300 S. We had an" out the door" price we wanted to get to and the initial offer on our trade-in, etc put us a long way from that number. Peyton, our salesperson, went above and beyond to help us close the gap. I gave a little on what my "out the door" price should be and Peyton worked with the sales/finance guys to get that number. I asked him to email me a copy of the sales sheet so I could go through it before closing the deal the next day, since we had agreed on a price, etc. I feel Peyton did all he could do to facilitate our desire to trade with DFW Honda and I recognize the fact he is simply the messenger. Will I go continue to go back to DFW Honda for service and parts? Yes. Will I purchase another unit from DFW Honda? Most likely.

I came into the dealership to buy two Texas OHV decals. On my way out I asked Tate what was on clearance, I bought a 2013 Rancher. I realized a few days later I had been contacted by a salesperson from this dealership on an earlier date. I didn't realize DFW and Grapevine were the same dealership. Just about a week earlier I had submitted five internet quote requests, out of all, your dealership was the only one to respond. Lance contacted me that very night by phone. Once I realized my mistake I felt badly about not making the connection earlier and asking for Lance when I arrived. I had no intention of buying an ATV when I arrived, I hadn't made up my mind to buy a new ATV, I had just bought a used one two days earlier from Red River Motorsports. I wanted your management to know the efforts Lance made. Tate made the sale, but Lance made an effort that was worthy of mentioning as well. By the way, if there was ever a doubt keeping those decals in stock was not worth it, it was this time. Thanks

Thank you DFW Honda!!! We live in the Lakewood area of Dallas Texas and just experienced an once is lifetime hail storm on June 13th 2012. Our complex suffered tremendous loss - 100% roof damage, over 100 windows broken out, over 200 severely damaged or totaled vehicles. Our Honda motorcycle, 230L CRF, sustained only minimal damage! The mirror broke out (the holder is in tact), one tail light was cracked, and there is a good sized ding in the muffler! That is all! The bike held up exceptionally well during the baseball sized hail storm lasting for over 15 minutes! What a great product! Just wanted you to know :)

I bought a 91 Goldwing in Salt Lake City and rode it to Florida this December. I had a flat rear tire in Rhome, Tx. On a rainy and dark Saturday I had the bike towed to DFW Honda. They got me right in, replaced the tire, checked the oil and fixed a chrome piece that had worked loose and also test drove the bike in the rain. GREAT EMPLOYEES, great service and good prices.

In the market for a new Honda Goldwing and with the incentives out for Spring now was the time, to well, spring into action. I visited a few dealerships and most barely recognized me as a customer. My wife and I arrived at DFW Honda just before they closed on a Saturday afternoon, and regardless of the time of our arrival we will still greeted cordially and our questions answered with no sense of hurriedness. Charles is a tremendous person and obviously knows that sales is not a pressure situation. After contact with a couple of those dealerships via email, and figuring out that they weren't very enthused about having a serious buyer on their hands I visited DFW Honda again to have my trade appraised. The place was a bit busy when I arrived, but I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and offered water while I waited. The wait was worth it! My trade appraised for the value I desired and the price on the new bike was better than I expected. A serious seller for a serious buyer. I could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Finance, parts, service, all top notch operations. I look forward to continuing to do business with these people. As I had applied for financing with my wife as a co-applicant we needed to return the following nite to complete the paperwork. When we arrived I was treated as a friend, and everyone introduced themselves to my wife just as if she were the one purchasing a new bike. These folks understand that relationship is what will bring customers back, that the long term is where profit is to be made. Although I expect to ride my Goldwing for years. I will be back to do business with DFW Honda and Charles for future purchases. I do not often write reviews or offer feedback. As a teacher in a previous career I grade very harshly when given the opportunity. That DFW Honda rated five stars, and I had no heartburn about awarding those stars, is out of character for me. I looked on the internet and saw some good testimonials on your dealership and especially your sales employee Lance. The testimonials were not wrong and I was treated royally at all times. Lance really knows his businesss and I decided on a 2006 VTX 1800. It was delivered to me in Allen on my birthday and I've been in love with the bike ever since. If you are looking for a great Honda dealership I highly recommend DFW Honda. It might be a long trip to go see them from where you are but you won't be dissatisfied once you get there. Please forward this email to the appropriate people. I want to make sure everyone knows the experience we had with Lance and the fact that DFW Honda is amazing! I just wanted to take the time and let you know how much we appreciate the experience we had with DFW Honda this week. We were in the area after a Dr's appointment and decided to stop in and get a much needed part for my husbands 2002 VTX1800c. As we entered the door we were greeted immediately by the friendly receptionist who offered us a bottle of water and helped us with our questions regarding a part. We then went back to the parts department where she directed us and was greeted immediately again by a parts member who was super friendly and helped us complete our transaction. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes. On our way out the door the friendly receptionist asked if we had gotten everything and once again asked us if she could do anything to help us. At that time we said, "no thank you" and was on our way home. As we walked out I noticed a beautiful bike over on the left outside and just stopped with my husband to look. It was the exact bike he had wanted for awhile, the VTX 1800 Neo. I asked him to go get a salesman and lets just talk and see what we can do. He went in the store and out came Lance. We talked about the bike and trade ins that we had for a few minutes and since we live over an hour away and I am noticeably over due pregnant he offered to let us email pics of both of our motorcycles that we wanted to trade in to him to get us a ballpark figure of where we might be at. He was so thorough and knowledgeable. Lance had a great disposition and he made me want to do business with him and DFW Honda. We went home and did just what he asked and decided we wanted this bike. I called Lance up and asked him if we could drive up one bike that afternoon and then the other one the next morning in hopes that we could come to an agreement in pricing. He obliged and said that would work out just fine. So off to DFW Honda we went for the second time in one day. We were greeted by Lance immediately upon arrival and our bike was taken back to get appraised etc. We were shown the waiting area and offered drinks. Lance kept us informed of the process the whole time and sat and talked with us on several different occasions. He was able to get all the pricing down and come out with the first offer which was just not doable for me at all. He then went back to the sales office and Mike came out and sat down and explained everything letting us know that they didn't want to play the buy a car game and waste our time and exactly where they could meet us, which was so appreciated. After a few minutes of negotiations we all agreed on a meet in the middle perspective and that we would bring the second trade bike back the next day and see what could be done. I felt at ease and very confident that this deal could be adjusted to both of our terms and a sale be made after talking with Mike. The next morning we were back off to Honda DFW for the third time in less than 18 hours. Lots of driving, lots of gas, but I wanted that bike!!! Lance was waiting on us as we pulled in and immediately took the second trade bike to the back. It was just a few short minutes later that Mike came out and let us know that he could get us where we wanted to be and everything was a go. We were very excited and could hardly wait! We could see everyone busying themselves with title info and the Neo was pulled to the back to be cleaned up. Shortly after that Lance came and got us and took us to the finance department where we were treated just as well as we had been from the first time we walked in the door for the needed part. We had to make a trip to the bank and came back that afternoon where everything was waiting and ready for us to take possession of our new toy. Lance went over everything about the bike with us and shook our hands at the end of the day and watched as we giggled with excitement as my husband got ready to ride our new baby home. This was the most pleasant buying experience we have ever had. Your dealership has some excellent customer service oriented people working there whom made us feel comfortable from the get go. Thank you lance for your dedication to getting this deal done. Thank you Mike for helping us achieve the meet in the middle pricing. I had visited other Honda dealerships in Houston and Arlington before visiting DFW Honda, but was not happy with the attitude and lack of customer interest at these places. I pretty much got ignored at both places. I ended up at DFW Honda and purchased a 2009 Honda DN-01 and 2010 Shadow Phantom from Payton and could not be more pleased with the sale and the bikes. Payton is a great guy and goes above and beyond even after the sale. I wanted to get the DN-01 down to Houston, where my house is, and Payton happened to be going there for the holidays and he actually loaded my bike onto his truck and took it down for me! NEVER have I experienced customer service like that! Bart in the parts department is a really friendly and knowledgeable person and has been very helpful in helping me choose accessories. We have 4 motorcycles 3 of which was bought in Dento Tx honda.The 2004 goldwing and my 2003 vtx was bought brand new at Denton.When it was time to take them back for service we did not have a good experience at all. We went back to pickup my vtx and it had a dent on the gas tank which they denied doing; but my bike is garage kept and always covered wherever we are.They would not do anything about the dent; so we and all of our biker friends decided to try DFW HONDA and from the very first time we walked in the door we knew we had made the right decision. Every time we come which is by the way a drive of 1 1/2 drive to come and pick up what we need for all of our bikes. Bart in the parts counter is always very helpful in helping us and is very good in getting our parts to us in a very timely manner when we order something and have it shipped as in this year aug 2010 I broke a handle grip 3 days before our 6000 mile trip on vacation I simply called Bart and he had it in stock and shipped in time for us to put it on my bike and ride off on our vacation.What i am trying to say is we could go to another dealership a little closer to us but when you get good service fromBart and the other guys behind the counter why would you want to. Also we have both had our bikes serviced at your dealership and was very pleased with the service dept. We tell all our friends and anyone we met on the road for new bikes service or parts go to the only place there is as far as we are concerned and that is DFW HONDA. I called DFW honda looking for a crf 150r my son wanted. Talked to Peyton he made a smoking deal so I drove 247 miles I passed 4 honda dealerships.Two days later Peyton called to see if my 11 year old was satisfied, well of course he was!! I recently had the valves checked on my 2006 Gold Wing. I brought it in on Saturday morning thinking I was going to leave it for a week but was told it would be done in 4 hours. When I went back to pick it up it was done on time and the price was $100 cheaper than I was quoted because the all the valves were in spec and did not need any adjustment. We will be back when the wing needs anything else.

I have a choice of where to buy a motorcycle and being a rider for five decades and riding with my spouse for four, I've got the motorcycle thing down pretty good. The problem is that there are a lot of dealers that don't care if they ever see the customer again, and the benefits of repeat business are totally lost on them. Then there is the problem with commitments made by the sales person not being followed up on by the service staff, OR the service staff just being incompetant, careless with a don't give a damn attitude. I've had all of it, and sorry parts counter people as well, which is the reason that before I bought another motorcycle again, I would thoroughly research the dealer from which I bought from. My spouse is also treated with outstanding respect and consideration at D/FW Honda, unlike some dealers where the "little woman" is treated in a condescending manner or as an afterthought. She loves to go to the parts counter and get the items she or I need to properly accessorize or maintain our machines. D/FW Honda is the only dealership where that has occured. D/FW Honda has completely filled the bill as an outstanding dealer in every aspect. Bart and Dave in the parts department are as a competant, helpful and resourceful, and better in all respects than ANY I've dealt with while residing in Texas for the last twenty-six years. The sales staff is of extremely high quality and they don't make commitments they can't keep. They truly recognize that repeat business is where it's at and customers ARE NOT treated as a necessary inconvenience. The service staff is extremely competant as well. From tire replacements to warranty work to manufacturers recalls (yes, unfortunately Honda does rarely have one)to just general questions, to periodic maintainance, the service staff has shown itself to be friendly, competant, and a department to be trusted. As a real picky Goldwing owner, it's amazing that I get my 'Wing back without a spec of dust on it. I've never found tools or mystery parts left on or in my bike as has been my experience with some other dealers, and yes, I can name dealerships. I've purchased two bikes from D/FW Honda, I refer my friends there and some of them have purchased bikes, and those who have purchased elsewhere, have started to go there for parts and service. I had been thinking about purchasing a motorcycle for a long time. A friend of ine mentioned DFW. I requested a quote on a 2007 VTX-R, 1300cc and receieved a re[ly frpm Mark Akin. I had applied on line with Honda financing and he advised me he had 1 left that I was looking for. So I told him to go ahead and do the paperwork. This was on a Friday. On saturday, mark called me and advised me that I had the bike and we arranged for me to come in on Tuesday and finalize it. I came in on Tuesdat. Mark was very friendly and worked with me to get my helmet and some other accessories. Trey, who worked in the parts department was helpful in determining the type of helmet I needed and locating the the accessories I needed. The business office experience was just as enjoyable with Matt. There were no hassles, no delays. I bought my first bike from your shop back in Janurary, a 2008 CBR600RR. My Salesman Scott answered all my questions and spent the time necessary with me to make me comfortable with my purchase. An awesome experience, even tho I didn't "want" it! I was up in Dallas for 2 weeks of training. I rode my '06 Sabre (purchased new in 1/06) up from San Antonio to my company's training center. We get free meals & housing on-campus, but I had an errand to run. It was after 5 pm that Tuesday when I ventured out & was a few miles from campus when my excursion come to an abrupt stop because my clutch cable broke. I examined the situation & found that the cable had broken inside the sheath. I went inside the office (I'd pulled into their parking lot) & called my wife in San Antonio to let her know my predicament. Then, I called a couple of the closest dealers, only to find that they closed at 6 pm & didn't even have the part in stock. April called me back & told me she had found DFW Honda online (it's outside the area of Dallas - Irving - where I was located), & gave me the address & phone #. I called & talked to David in Parts who confirmed the cable was in stock & that you didn't close until 7 pm. I was in luck as it was still before 6 pm & the taxi had just arrived. When we got to your dealership, I spoke with David in Parts & he had the cable waiting on me. It was an easy transaction. He also had a good stretch of pull string so that I could tie the new cable to the old one & pull it thru in one motion as I removed the old cable. The taxi took me back to the bike where I was easily able to swap out the cable in about 15 minutes. What would have been nearly catastrophic, with a potential to have my bike stolen while it was in an empty parking lot in a strange city, turned into an easily conquered challenge, thanks to your Internet presence, David's helpfulness, your dealership's "extended" hours, and your parts department's diligence in keeping that clutch cable in stock. Had it not been for all 4 factors being present within your dealership, I would have had to have abandoned the bike in that parking lot until I could have found the part in-stock and gotten it in-hand. Y'all really saved my day, and, really, my entire two week stay in Dallas! Thank you VERY much for simply being what you are! I really appreciate it. If anyone asks (& I am part of an online Honda Shadow forum with 12,260 registered users & 431,076 articles posted), they'll definitely get my highest recommendations! THANK YOU!!! The Progressive Suspension/All Balls Steeringhead Bearings/Superbrace upgrades on my GL1800 are fantastic. Huge difference in handling. I recommend it to everyone! I mentioned when I brought it in that I was smelling coolant. You got that fixed (and no easy task from what I heard). You also did some little things that I didn't even ask for, ie: the rear headset plug holder replacement! That was icing on the cake. I bought my 2003 VTX 1300 and my wife's 2003 750 ACE (both new)at DFW Honda. At the time, we lived in Coppell, and it was the closest dealership. Since then, we have had service work done, bought accessories and had them installed, and bought helmets and gear. We have always been treated with courtesy, and the service has been great. We moved to Kaufman, but I still go to DFW Honda (about 70 miles one way) for all my motorcycle needs. I am a member of a motorcycle forum with over 20,000 members, and there are plenty of horror stories about dealers...so, I feel really fortunate that we have such a great dealer to rely on!

Left and went to DFW Honda and Pat greeted me at the door and answered any and all questions I had. He said he had some different colors other than what was on the floor. Had a silver flame paint up stairs at that point he had the brochures and showed a orange one and I ask how long to get this color.He checked and said one came in 2 days ago.
